For the thoughts that follow you home

Your Day Is Over.
Your Worrying Isn't.

The house is finally quiet. The tasks are done. But your mind is replaying a conversation, worrying about someone you love, or jumping ahead to everything tomorrow might bring.

Maybe you've prayed. Maybe you've reminded yourself that God is in control. And you genuinely believe He is.

But knowing what Scripture says and knowing what to do with a worry in the moment can feel like two different things.

You don't have to make every anxious thought disappear before bringing it to God.

Start with one thought. One honest response. One moment in His Word.

A gentler place to begin

You Are Not Weak
for Feeling This Way.

You can love God deeply and still have difficult days. You can believe His promises and still feel overwhelmed by uncertainty, family responsibilities, or an endlessly busy mind.

Anxiety doesn't automatically mean weak faith. And you don't have to hide what you're carrying from the One who cares for you.

That's where this workbook begins: with Scripture, compassionate reflection, and room to be honest about what's on your heart.

Questions you may have

A Few Things Worth Knowing

Is this just another devotional?

It includes Scripture and short reflections, but it also provides structured writing prompts, guided exercises, and prayer. It is designed to be a workbook you actively engage with.

What if I already know many verses about anxiety?

The purpose isn't only to introduce verses. It's to help you reflect on Scripture in the context of the particular concerns you're carrying.

Do I have to complete a chapter every day?

No. The workbook encourages flexible pacing: a chapter per day, per week, or whenever you wish to return to it.

What if I don't usually journal?

You don't have to be an experienced writer. The questions offer a starting point. You can respond briefly, take your time, or skip an exercise that doesn't feel useful.

Can I use this alongside therapy or counseling?

Yes. This is a faith-based reflection resource, not a substitute for mental-health assessment or treatment. It can complement appropriate professional support.

How do I receive the two free eBooks?

Both Christian eBooks are included with your physical workbook order as downloadable PDFs. You can read them on your phone, tablet, or computer. Please refer to the digital download instructions provided with your order.

Begin with one page

You Don't Have to Figure Everything Out Before Coming to God.

Not every question has an answer today. Not every worry disappears after prayer. But you can still make room for God's Word in the middle of uncertainty.

One concern. One Scripture reflection. One honest moment with God.

This workbook felt like a breath of fresh air during a season when my thoughts just wouldn't slow down. Bible Study Workbook for Women with Anxiety meets you exactly where you are—no pressure, no guilt, just gentle guidance rooted in Scripture. What stood out to me most was how approachable it is. The readings are thoughtfully chosen, and the reflection questions really helped me sort through what I was feeling instead of ignoring it. I also appreciated the practical exercises—they’re simple, calming, and something I could actually stick with, even on harder days. It doesn’t promise instant peace, but it does help you take small, meaningful steps toward it. I found comfort, clarity, and a renewed sense of connection in my faith. This is a resource I'll absolutely return to and recommend to any woman looking for steady encouragement through anxious seasons.

As someone who has struggled with anxiety for years, I've worked through a lot of devotionals and Bible studies hoping something would really stick. This workbook honestly felt different from the very first week. What I love most is how practical it is. t doesn't just throw verses at you & say “have more faith.” It walks you through Scripture, and actually helps you apply it to the anxious thoughts. The reflection questions made me slow down & really examine what I'm believing in those moments. The exercises are simple.

This Bible Study Workbook for Women with Anxiety is a gentle, encouraging resource that meets you where you are. It thoughtfully addresses the stigma around anxiety and helps you separate anxious thoughts from your identity, offering practical, faith-based ways to release worry and regain peace. Anxiety is exhausting. The constant overthinking and worrying can leave you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually drained, and this workbook truly acknowledges that reality. Each session is structured in a calm, non-overwhelming way, making it easy to move at your own pace. Every section includes a key scripture, a short reflection to read, guided prompts with space to write, and a meaningful closing prayer. There's also a check-in area to note how you feel before and after each session, which helped me notice small shifts in my thoughts and emotions over time. One of my favorite sections was “When Anxiety Makes You Replay the Past.” It gently addresses how anxiety pulls us backward, replaying mistakes and “what ifs" over and over. The scripture from Isaiah, reminding us not to dwell on former things, was a powerful reminder that while the past can inform us, it doesn't have to define us. The journaling prompts encourage honesty and healing, and the faith-based exercises help redirect focus from fear to God's promises. I also appreciated the extra space in the back of the book for personal notes and reflections. Overall, this is a comforting, Christ-centered workbook that offers real help for calming anxious thoughts and learning to trust God more fully during this season of life. Highly recommend. oe

This workbook gave me a place to pause and reflect. One chapter that truly stood out was “God Is Not Asking You to Carry This Alone.” So many of us hold everything in until it becomes overwhelming, but this reminded me that nothing is too big or too small to bring to God. That alone was powerful. This workbook encourages you to slow down, reflect, and become more aware of your thoughts and emotions. Instead of reacting out of overwhelm, it helps you process what you’re feeling and think more deeply about what you truly want out of life. No one is perfect, and that’s what makes this workbook so meaningful—it’s a guide for women who carry a lot and are looking for a peaceful, healthy outlet. If you need something that helps you reconnect with yourself and your faith, this is definitely worth it.

I really liked the format this workbook has, It flows really well and allows time to think and then reinforce the message from the passage that was read. It touches on anxiety, overthinking, racing thoughts, releasing fear, and finding peace. I love the intentionality of each section and the writing and rephrasing of each thought so you have the negative you carry and they have you rephrase it in the positive to allow you to mentally put it down. With each section there is a verse to read and I always love going deeper into that chapter to see the context and take my study a little further. Especially on my slow mornings when I really have time to devote to it. But these lessons can be done quickly as well for those with little time but still want to get it in. The questions are thought provoking and make you really dive deep into what's bothering you and then turns it around to get your brain on track with what our Savior wants for us.

Everyone's anxiety comes and goes, as anxiety really is a normal part of life. But this book reached me in times of great anxiety - pregnancy and the unknowns that arise from this new stage of life. This workbook allowed me to sit down and work through actual concerns and find tangible ways to address and alleviate them. I love how the workbook walked me through the many facets of anxiety and gave me a Biblical lens to view them differently. I highly recommend this workbook to anyone who's willing to take 10-15 minutes out of their day to break down concerns or fears and then let Scripture guide them. God really is with us always and forever!

But what i feel like each day it's helping me to really see just how much I'm anxious over things that maybe aren't as big as a deal or one just we'll get sorted in it's time. And then the scriptures really help to ground and encourage. It also soothes the nerves of your a on edge person I would recommend this anxious women that are doing the work.
